All first time users of Jockey Club Estates facilities are required to contact either the Operations Manager or Jockey Club Estates Head Office for referral to Mandown. Trainers intending to use the facilities on a day to day basis require written confirmation from the Managing Director prior to using any facilities, and are also required to meet with the Operations Manager (Will Riggall) in Lambourn, to be shown around the area, as well as to familiarise themselves with the facilities and their safe working practices. Casual users of the gallops are also required to contact the Operations Manager at Lambourn to provide their name, address and telephone number, as well as the number of horses they are intending to bring and the facilities they would like to use. Once this has been completed, all facilities can be used and are available to users for the length of time that has been pre-agreed with Jockey Club Estates.
